Lachie: Book review Bad Dad

I have been reading Bad Dad by David Walliams. It is about a kid who has a dad who is a famous banger racer. His dad never lets him watch because he doesn't want him to see him get hurt but he always watches from a pile up  of crashed cars.

One day his dad's brakes broke and he crashed and lost a leg and got a wooden one instead. His dad was banned from racing because the owner said he could have done something and had no job.

So he had to save up for presents on his son's birthday. On his eleventh birthday he got a toy car set.

One day two people stole everything they had (including the toilet)so they were very very poor. Months later he got a top secret job...
